Patents, Copy Right and Monopolies

Patents and Copy Right have nothing to do (anymore) with defending the creative rights of whom really created it as goes the official excuse of their existence. Most inventors, writers or other creative minds do not ever get a proportional share of wealth or even recognition from the work they create. Most is taken by corporations, monopolized and only used to assure their competitive advantage regarding their competition.

The most dramatic example being of course Monsanto and it's imperialist-like attempt to monopolize the food industry through patented seeds, although Nestlé is doing a good job as well, trying to monopolize the world's water resources.
